99% of our Client Rate us Good to Excellent
In our most recent survey clients rated us Good to Excellent in the following areas:
- 99% good to excellent on our overall ability to handle our clients’ IT needs.
- 94% excellent and good on the quality of our client services.
- 91% excellent and good on the quality of our administrative services.
- 92% excellent and good on our level of communication.
- 95% of those attending a Walker Seminar found it beneficial.
- 99% of those for whom we have provided project work, said the quality was excellent or good.
Each year we send out a survey to our clients, asking them not only to rate our performance in a number of areas, but also to provide us with thoughts on how we can improve, what we do well, and what additional services would be helpful. This year—once again—we were pleased with the number of respondents (50%) and the thoughtfulness of their response.
