Marketing Manager

Walker Systems Support provides proactive network management and computer support services including remote and on-site maintenance, security, connectivity, interactive design and web development, strategic IT planning, disaster recovery solutions, virtualization and cloud services. The Walker Team is equipped to assist in protecting, upgrading and maintaining IT environments along with promoting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Transform strategic direction into marketing projects
• Develop Marketing strategy within budget
• Create and implement Marketing programs
• Work with artistic staff to develop concepts and create branding consistent with our goals.
• Track and approve marketing expenditures
• Oversee our online presence including web, social media, webinars and the like
• Provide support to sales and other departments as needed.
• Analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations for different marketing approaches
• Oversee and manage in-house staff and contractors involved in marketing
• Oversee our web services department
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a management level marketing position
• Experience in all phases of marketing and design, strong eye for design
• Knowledge of marketing and design tools, and the ability to provide conceptual direction to artistic staff
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
• Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

Education/Certifications:

• BS in Marketing or Communications
