Client Relationship Manager

Walker Systems Support provides proactive network management and computer support services including remote and on-site maintenance, security, connectivity, interactive design and web development, strategic IT planning, disaster recovery solutions, virtualization and cloud services. The Walker Team is equipped to assist in protecting, upgrading and maintaining IT environments along with promoting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as first point of contact for our clients and respond to client service issues with service status, billing, pricing and any other client issues.
• Proactively work with clients to ensure a superior experience with the company’s product and services.
• Provide first line contact in resolving any client conflicts or service issues.
• Serves as liaison between the clients and various company departments.
• Participate in 90 Day/Annual review planning meetings to ensure service alignments.
• Recognize and uncover sales opportunities to address customer needs

Qualifications:

• Must possess strong relationship building and customer management skills, as well as excellent verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, apply judgment, maintain stable performance under stress and flexibility in an evolving work environment.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior customer services and conflict resolution.
• Service and process skills acquired by previously serving as a Client Relationship Manager or Customer Service Representative.

Education/Certifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
